Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using any software or digital product published by MindEN Labs Co. Ltd — including Uliza Hapa, PostPata, Soonify, and MindEN — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Account & User Responsibilities

Users and merchants are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering on any of our platforms.

Merchant Listings & Uploaded Content

Merchants and agents uploading shop details, prices, photos, and location coordinates warrant that such information is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe upon any intellectual property or third-party rights. MindEN Labs reserves the right to remove fraudulent, offensive, or deceptive listings without prior notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, design systems, algorithms, trademarks, brand assets, and published content across Minden Labs digital properties are the proprietary intellectual property of MindEN Labs Co. Ltd and its licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Service Availability & Limitations

We strive for 99.9% uptime across our platforms but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. MindEN Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice, and shall not be held liable for any downtime or loss resulting from such actions.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services by engaging in fraudulent activities, data scraping, impersonation, reverse engineering, or any activity that violates applicable law or disrupts the experience of other users on any of our platforms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindEN Labs Co. Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
