- Physical (optional): visit our location when you are free on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Tuesday from 11:00 AM onwards
- Location: Magari saba, close to St. Joseph University, Dar es Salaam
- Flexible schedule: drop in during your free hours for one-on-one assistance.
- Hours: Approximately 4–6 hours per week (online + physical if available)

Week-by-Week Roadmap
Week 1: Computer Basics
Topics:
- What is a computer, hardware parts (screen, keyboard, mouse)
- Safely booting/shutting down a computer
- Desktop, taskbar, and Start menu
- Opening and closing applications
Practical exercise: Practice opening Chrome, Notepad, and closing applications properly.
Week 2: Files, Folders & Internet
Topics:
- Creating folders and files
- Saving, locating, and copying files
- USB & Google Drive (basics)
- Chrome: searching, bookmarks, and downloads
- Sending files via WhatsApp / Email
Practical exercise: Create a dedicated course folder and save 3 different documents inside it.
Week 3: Microsoft Word: Basics
Topics:
- Opening Word and creating a new document
- Typing, editing, fonts, bold, italic, and underline
- Paragraph alignment, spacing, bullets & numbering
- Saving and printing (Print / PDF)
Practical exercise: Write a formal college or job application letter (1–2 pages) with correct formatting.
Week 4: Microsoft Word: Practical Work
Topics:
- Headers, footers, and page numbers
- Tables and borders
- Inserting images and resizing
- Templates: basic CV and cover letter
Practical exercise: Create a study report containing a table and at least one image.
Week 5: Microsoft Excel: Basics
Topics:
- Cells, rows, and columns
- Entering data and formatting
- Basic formulas: SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT
- Basic charts
Practical exercise: Create a monthly budget sheet and calculate the total automatically.
Week 6: Microsoft Excel: Practical & Final Assessment
Topics:
- Sorting and filtering data
- Basic IF formulas
- Practical budget / attendance sheets
- Final review and course feedback
Practical exercise: Create a grades sheet or budget using at least 3 formulas.
